What core services do you offer and how much do they cost?
Basically, SayHired's two main services are:
- Automated Phone Screening Service -- You post a job on SayHired, which will then generate an application link that you can use to have candidates apply to the job. When candidates apply to a job, they upload their resume and take an automated phone screen with questions that either you choose or that SayHired provides. You get access to the audio recordings of the screens as soon as they are complete. We offer pricing as low as $2 per screen for bulk purchases.
- Dedicated Recruiting Service -- We also offer a Dedicated Recruiting service which is comparable to that of a traditional staffing agency, but without the ridiculous $15,000-$30,000 fee once a position gets filled. Under our Dedicated Recruiting Service, we'll handle the original sourcing of candidates and come up with a short list of the top candidates that you should bring in for in-person interviews -- just like you would get from a traditional staffing agency. Pricing for our Dedicated Recruiting is a flat $2,500 for any position below $150K. We also guarantee that we will work on the position until it is filled. We also offer affordable pricing for our Dedicated service for positions $150K and above.
How do I submit a position for the Automated Phone Screening Service?
Simply click here to post a job. After you post a job, our system will generate an application link, just like you would get through a traditional Applicant Tracking System. You can then take that Application link and insert it into any external job posting that you have. Candidates can click on the link, upload their resume, and take the phone screen based on the questions that you chose to ask when you created the posting. You can view the resumes and listen to the phone screens from your Employer dashboard.
How do I submit a position for the Dedicated Recruiting Service?
We offer two convenient ways for you to let us know about a position that you need help with under our Dedicated Service: 1) Simply call us at 650-458-4592, and one of our talent experts will be able to gather all of your information and begin working on the position OR 2) Send an email to us at sales@sayhired.com with the job description and salary details about the job, and state your request to have us work on the position under our Dedicated service.
I'm used to working with a personalized recruiter at a local agency here in town - won't I lose that personal interaction by going through SayHired?
NO -- Our Dedicated Recruiting Service gives you the same personalized attention that you would get with a traditional staffing agency at a fraction of the price that any staffing agency would charge you. Can you give me an example of how your Dedicated Recruiting Service is cheaper than other, traditional staffing agencies?
Because we only charge a flat fee for each position with no commission at the end when you hire someone, our service ends up being significantly cheaper than using a traditional staffing firm. For example, let's say you need to hire a Sr. Financial Analyst where the candidate's base salary will be $80,000 per year. At a 20% commission rate charged by a traditional staffing agency, the total cost to you would be $16,000. With us, you would only pay a flat $2,500. Also, unlike other staffing agencies that you work with, we guarantee that you will interview a certain number of candidates or your money back. So you get a definitive ROI for your recruiting dollar.
I get how your Automated Phone Screening Service would save me a ton of time in not having to phone screen lower-level positions, but I only work on high-level positions where I need to reach out to each candidate individually. Why would I want to use this service?
While many Employers use our automated phone screening tool as a complete replacement for lower-level positions, we still have many Employers that use it as an additional filter to the resume for higher-level positions. This means that you still reach out to the top candidates via phone and talk to them. However, you don't waste your time talking to the candidates who look great on paper but are terrible over the phone, which is a high percentage of candidates. Our automated phone screening tool weeds those candidates out, thus saving you considerable time.
I'm a in-house recruiter and I get how I would want to use the Automated Phone Screening Service, but I get paid to not use a Dedicated outside service -- why would I want to use your Dedicated Recruiting Service?
Chances are that if you're an in-house recruiter, your time is best spent developing recruiting strategies and meeting in-person with the best candidates for each position, not sourcing resumes, doing initial phone screens of candidates, and recommending which candidates to bring in for on-site interviews. I get how SayHired's service is perfect for in-house recruiters, but I'm an agency recruiter. What benefit would I have in using either your automated phone screening tool or your Dedicated Recruiting service?
Our Automated Phone Screening Service saves you time and allows you the bandwidth to take on more positions from clients and make more money. Because you're not wasting time talking to candidates who are clearly not a fit for your client's positions, you can phone screen more candidates in a day, send over more candidates to your client, and fill more openings faster. Our Dedicated Recruiting service allows you to do splits with us for positions that you don't have time to source and recruit for (and still make a hefty profit in the end).
What if I end up discontinuing my search for a position for any reason? (either temporarily or indefinitely).
We understand that business needs change and that you may, for a variety of reasons, have to discontinue your candidate search for a particular position. While we would like to be able to provide refunds should you not hire someone due to putting a position on hold, we unfortunately can't do that because of the significantly cheap pricing that we offer. Also, considerable time is spent by our Dedicated Recruiting Consultants working on open positions that you have, so we have to charge for our service even if you make a business decision to discontinue hiring for any reason. Think of us as the Hotwire.com for recruiting - a 4-star hotel at a 2-star price, with no refunds should your plans change.
Do I have to pay via credit card or can I pay via invoice?
For our Automated Phone Screening Service, we require payment via credit card in advance in order to listen to the phone screens. For our Dedicated Recruiting Service, we require credit card payment for 2 or fewer positions. For more than 2 positions, we can allow paper invoicing.
